Therapy for Anxiety

an investment in your health

Therapy for anxiety gives you the opportunity to develop new ways of thinking. Gradually, you start engaging in life, living your values, and accomplishing your goals. It is a process, a journey, and an investment on yourself.

I meet my clients where they are in this journey. Our time together is spent working with evidence-based approaches that have helped many others achieve their goals and live their values.

What is therapy like?

Therapy is teamwork. We will work together and explore the sources of your anxiety. You will progressively learn new tools to manage your anxiety. Using these tools gives you the opportunity to live a healthier and more meaningful life.

Why choose an

evidence-based psychotherapy?

Good therapy for anxiety is more than talking about your fears and worries to someone who listens to you with empathy. It is about learning new ways of dealing with old problems. In the field of psychology, just like in medicine, the treatments that are developed are assessed for their effectiveness. These effective treatments are not one-size-fits all. We will discuss together which treatment is the best fit for you.

When I work with clients with anxiety, I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and Exposure therapies.
